Flexible Joints Series

Flexible Joints

  • Flexible Joints DK1000

    Flexible Joints DK1000

    • ▶ Installed on piping to isolate the vibration of pumps, air compressors, and refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Fitted at the inlet and outlet of each unit, it effectively reduces the vibration transmitted to the piping. Limit rods improve product safety and ensure the best seismic performance within the effective length
    • ▶ The length allowance makes future equipment maintenance and pipe removal easier, effectively reduces stress concentration in the piping, and shifts the frequency of the piping system to greatly reduce noise
  • Flexible Shockproof Joints DK2000

    Flexible Shockproof Joints DK2000

    • ▶ Suitable for harsh environments such as seaside locations, heavily polluted outdoor sites or buried pipelines
    • ▶ Fitted at the inlet and outlet of each unit, it effectively reduces stress concentration in the piping and alters the piping system to greatly reduce noise
    • ▶ All sizes use a welded design for greater structural strength, and the external stainless steel braid increases flexibility and service life
  • Threaded Flexible Shockproof Joints DK2000T

    Threaded Flexible Shockproof Joints DK2000T

    • ▶ Suitable for harsh environments such as seaside locations, heavily polluted outdoor sites or buried pipelines. Threaded connections for small-diameter piping at the inlet and outlet of each unit. Effectively reduces stress concentration in the piping and shifts the frequency of the piping system to greatly reduce noise
    • ▶ All sizes use a threaded design for greater structural strength, and the external stainless steel braid increases flexibility and service life

FEATURES

Stainless steel flexible shockproof joints offer excellent corrosion, heat and pressure resistance in movement and vibration absorption, and are widely used in the automotive, shipbuilding, construction, machinery, chemical, gas piping and nuclear industries. Designed as a shortest-length replacement for rubber shockproof hoses, they withstand high temperatures and pressures that rubber joints cannot, and are free from cracking, aging, denting and detachment. They meet fire safety requirements and keep the fluid highly clean, so they are suitable for drinking water lines. After use they can be recycled (melted down and made into other metal products), whereas rubber is difficult to recycle and creates environmental problems.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Installed on piping to isolate the vibration of pumps, air compressors, and refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Fitted at the inlet and outlet of each unit, it effectively reduces the vibration transmitted from the equipment to the piping. Limit rods improve product safety and ensure the joint delivers the best seismic performance within its effective length. The length allowance makes future equipment maintenance and pipe removal easier, effectively reduces stress concentration in the piping, and shifts the frequency of the piping system to greatly reduce noise.
Sizes up to ø12 “ use a weld-free design: the wetted surfaces and the body are made of the same material to prevent intergranular corrosion, with a clean appearance and no fluid contact at the connections.
Sizes ø14 “ and above use a welded design for greater structural strength.
