3M™ 2000 Coating
- Excellent fire protection for all kinds of media, mainly used to protect cables. Suppresses the corrosive and toxic gases released by PVC cables in a fire and stops flame spread for up to 3 hours. With Fire™ 2000 Coated Board mineral fiber fire board, it reaches a 4-hour fire rating.

FEATURES
Spray or brush onto both sides of the wall, applying a minimum dry film thickness of 1/16 in (1.6 mm) or a minimum wet film thickness of 1/8 in (3.2 mm) over the fill material, flush with the top of the floor or both faces of the wall. Also spray the penetrating item to a minimum height of 1/2 in (13 mm) and cover at least 1/2 in (13 mm) of the wall surface around the opening on both sides.
